What are Joyus Points?

Joyus Points are a special way that we’ve decided to thank you for shopping on Joyus. You can redeem your Joyus Points for credit toward future purchases made on Joyus.com. Every 10 JPs = $1 in redeemable credit toward future purchases made on Joyus.com

How can I participate?

If you become a Joyus member, you become eligible for Joyus Points. You can earn Joyus Points on qualifying purchases made on Joyus.com. Here’s how:

1. Become a member with Joyus.com
2. As you shop, every product that qualifies for JPs will have on the product page.
3. If you purchase that product, you earn the points specified. It’s that easy.
4. You can keep track of your JPs in the Joyus Points section of My Account.

When do I receive the Joyus Points from a recent purchase?

Your Joyus Points will be added to your account thirty (30) days after your order ships. If you return an item, we will deduct the Joyus Points earned from that purchase.

How do I redeem my Joyus Points for credit on Joyus.com?

As you move through the checkout flow, you will see an optional checkbox to apply your Joyus Points toward this purchase. If you check the box, we will automatically, convert your Joyus Points to Joyus credit. You will see the credit applied and your revised total on the confirmation page.

Will I ever lose my Joyus Points? Can they expire?

Joyus Points expire six (6) months after the date of receipt.
