Shipping, Returns & Payment Methods

Great news - standard US ground shipping on Joyus is FREE on orders $50 and over. (Yes, we know it helps to make it easy!) Just use Promo Code SHIP2013 in checkout. You can enter a promo code under the Payments section of the checkout page.

For all orders under $50, please refer to the chart below for shipping charges.

Surcharges may apply for special handling and delivery, especially for home goods and food. Any additional charges will be noted on the product page.

Joyus ships to all 50 U.S states. You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 12 days.

We also offer an expedited shipping option for a flat rate of $17.95. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days with expedited shipping. Not all products can be expedited - as noted on the product page.

If you purchased multiple products, we do our best to ship your order together. However, there may be times when your purchases may arrive in separate packages.

Changed your mind? Not the right size? Not a problem. We gladly accept returns of unworn and unused merchandise for a refund (minus the cost of return shipping) within 30 days from when the order ships and/or the return window specified on the product page.

Exceptions may apply. All final sale merchandise will be indicated on the product page.

To return an item, please send it to: Joyus, 375 Alabama Street, Suite 325, San Francisco, CA 94110. To make it easy, return shipping labels are provided with all shipments. If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, please contact support@joyus.com.
