Why am I being charged shipping sometimes when my order exceeds $50.00?
Free shipping is not valid with certain offers or promotions. A shipping charge may still be incurred after this discount or other discounts are applied, even if the order exceeds $50.00. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
Can I add items to my order after it has been placed?
Orders cannot be modified following the purchase due to the fast processing time of our shipping department. In exception cases, orders can be canceled after they are placed if immediate contact is made with our customer service department. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Do you ship internationally?
Joyus currently does not ship to international addresses or bill international credit cards. One must have an American credit card with a shipping address in the United States to complete a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you don't absolutely love it, we'll take it back! Return shipping is always on us. Return within the first 30 days, and you'll receive your refund in its original form of payment. After 30 days you'll receive Joyus Dollars to spend on any future purchase.
How do I return an item?
To send back an item, please follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form that came with the item. Make sure to indicate the reason for your return by noting the reason code. You can use any other separate sheet of paper if you no longer have your return form, specifying why you are sending back the items in your order.
- Pack up the item in its original packaging if you still have it, including all labels, tags, and packing.
- Affix the return label to the outside of the box, making sure the address and barcode are easily visible.
- Drop off the package with FedEx, and we will we will process your refund once the package reaches our warehouse within 7-10 business days.
How can I exchange an item?
The best way to make an exchange is to return the size or color no longer wanted while simultaneously purchasing a different size or color. This is so that the desired item does not go out of stock by the time the returned merchandise reaches our warehouse, where we would be unable to process the exchange. Your returned merchandise will be processed for a refund as soon as it reaches our warehouse.
What is your pricing policy?
Did you find a Joyus item for less somewhere else? We’ll match the price with store credit. Your store credit will be provided via Joyus Dollars. And if an item you’ve purchased goes on sale within two weeks of your order date, we’ll refund the difference in store credit.
Note: price matching applies to items of the same size and color. We are unable to match prices from auction or outlet stores or their websites or retailer’s discount promotions and shipping and gift card offers. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for further adjustments. Please contact Joyus Customer Support to place or adjust your order.
