Joyus Dollars
  • What are Joyus Dollars?
    Joyus Dollars reward you for shopping on Joyus. They are available only to Inner Circle members. Every $1 in Joyus Dollars equals $1 in redeemable credit toward future purchases made on Joyus.com
  • How do I redeem Joyus Dollars?
    It's easy! Just go through the normal check out process, and if you have Joyus Dollars available we'll automatically apply them to your purchase. The discount will show up in checkout before you purchase.
  • Do Joyus Dollars expire?
    Yes. They expire 60 days after being credited to your account.
  • What's the difference between Joyus Points and Joyus Dollars?
    We‘re replacing Joyus Points with a new program, Joyus Dollars. All existing Joyus Points will be converted into Joyus Dollars. Every 10 Joyus Points equal 1 Joyus Dollar. Going forward, where you used to see Joyus Points, you'll now see Joyus Dollars.
Shipping
  • Why am I being charged shipping sometimes when my order exceeds $50.00?
    Free shipping is not valid with certain offers or promotions on first-time purchases. A shipping charge will still be incurred after this discount or other discounts are applied, even if the order exceeds $50.00.
  • Can I add items to my order after it has been placed?
    Orders cannot be modified following the purchase due to the fast processing time of our shipping department. In exception cases, orders can be canceled after they are placed if immediate contact is made with our customer service department. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Joyus currently does not ship to international addresses or bill international credit cards. One must have an American credit card with a shipping address in the United States to complete a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
  • What is your return policy?
    As a Joyus Inner Circle member, enjoy Free Return Shipping when you use our pre-paid return label and choose to have your return refunded in the form of store credit. Your store credit refund is in Joyus Dollars. For other return options, please contact support@joyus.com
  • How do I return an item?
    To send back an item, please follow these steps:
    • Fill out the return form that came with the item. Make sure to indicate the reason for your return by noting the reason code. You can use any other separate sheet of paper if you no longer have your return form, specifying why you are sending back the items in your order.
    • Pack up the item in its original packaging if you still have it, including all labels, tags, and packing.
    • Affix the return label to the outside of the box, making sure the address and barcode are easily visible.
    • Drop off the package with FedEx, and we will we will process your refund once the package reaches our warehouse within 5 days.
  • How can I exchange an item?
    The best way to make an exchange is to return the size or color no longer wanted while simultaneously purchasing a different size or color. This is so that the desired item does not go out of stock by the time the returned merchandise reaches our warehouse, where we would be unable to process the exchange. Your returned merchandise will be processed for a refund as soon as it reaches our warehouse.
