The Dailey Method: No Excuses
The Dailey Method's DVD features two exercise classes and an introduction from Jill Dailey McIntosh, founder of The Dailey Method. Both classes target the entire body and provide amazing results when practiced on a regular basis.
- Full Length (approx. 55 minutes) - Similar to a Dailey Method class at one of our studios, but without the ballet barre.
- Express Class (approx. 35 minutes) - This is a great workout for someone who is traveling or short on time. This class is geared towards the more experienced person.
