The first device I received was defective. It took awhile with a lot of back and forth correspondence but finally I was shipped a replacement. The second one is great. It works exactly as I expected. I have used similar percussion massagers from hyperice and theragun (much more expensive) and I believe that this device compares very favorably with those.

When the DreamPro works, it helps a lot. But less than a month after normal use, it will run for only 5 seconds of use before shutting off. This is even after fully charging it overnight. After charging, the display doesn't indicate more than 55% battery. I need warranty service to replace my DreamPro with a functioning unit.
