This pot-stirrer is very convenient. It is very quiet and easy to use. I use it for making homemade BBQ sauce. It really helps keep everything from sticking to the bottom of the pan, even sticky BBQ sauce.

This stirrer works very well. It covers the entire bottom of the pan. I used it to make risotto and it handled the density just fine. Plus, the battery held up for the entire recipe with power to spare. The second time I used it I made corn meal mush to use as a crust for a Mexican casserole. After I got the water mixed into the cornmeal, I attached the stirrer and it took care of the rest. I added extra water to handle the evaporation issue. I'm very satisfied with this stirrer!
