Makes a strong cup of coffee, but not espresso in the true sense. Cons - states it is 3 "cups" but must be of espresso 1 ounce cups - quantity of coffee made is miniscule. In order to make more, you have to wait until it cools which takes some time. The pros are it looks great and is relatively easy to use.

Makes great espresso. Is easy to clean and aesthetically beautiful. Staff was very helpful. Anthony was great when I had a concern about receiving this product. Looking forward to my cafe con leche every morning.. I had seen the coffee pot in an expensive store in cape cod for twice the money. Wonderful product

The Espresso Maker itself is great, exactly what I was looking for; very happy with it. The ordering process... left a lot to be desired. Granted I opted for the cheapest shipping (about 2 weeks), but the order was fulfilled after 3 weeks and I was contacted nearly week after placing the order to be informed that the black option (pictured) was out of stock; I was given the option for a refund or a red handled one. Frustrating, but ultimately happy with it and the price (significantly cheaper).

Its iconic design and its craftsmanship is legendary. I have not taken the time to actually enjoy what I'm sure will be a wonderful cup of espresso...it is sitting on a display shelf at the moment in respect of the design and beauty of this wonderfully crafted espresso maker. love the design and look forward to my first cup of espresso.
